I make sure software actually works. Not "passes the tests." Not "looks good in the demo." Actually works - for the person using it, in the moment they need it, in the way nobody thought to write down. I've been doing this across teams, clients, industries and countries for 15 years. In Fintech, in Digital health. In Enterprise products people quietly depend on. The companies change. The gaps don't. AI made this change faster, it didn't make it better. A confident, well-formatted AI output still needs someone to ask - but did it actually happen? That someone is usually me. Currently building AI agents for QA problems nobody else is solving. When in doubt, I watch Friends. That part hasn't changed. 🙂
